Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless specified otherwise, a request for refund must be received in writing within 3 days of beginning the course. Please see course or event description for specific details. Refund requests can be sent by mail, e-mail or fax to UF Professional Development. Each refund will be charged a $30.00 course drop fee.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other course related expenses.
